Beautiful sapphire with mesmerizing undulations.
This Sapphire has been expertly carved and polished (otherwise known as 'skin polishing'), to highlight the natural beauty, allowing the silk banding/chevrons, 'Sergeant Stripes' to feature.
A small hole has been drilled and a silver or gold jump ring/bail can be easily fitted allowing the gem to be worn as a unique pendant or earring.

Approx 15.0mm l X 8.5 w x 2.6mm depth.

There is a very small surface fracture on one end of the stone.
