The main stone is a square blue parti Sapphire, 0.46 carats and four millimeters diameter by 2.6 mm depth. 
The five small stones have a combined weight of 0.25 carat.

🔎 CLARITY : No fractures. Fine silk and natural inclusions may be present.
❄️ DESIGN : Square, round brilliant. Well faceted.

Unheated to all knowledge although cannot be 100% sure as I didn't find it and facet it myself.
